The current payout is 50% per referral and an additional 10% when someone you referred signs someone up under them.
All affiliates are paid the first week of the month and payout is based on the sales generated the prior month.

One easy way to refer people is to add an automated message that goes out with every email message you send. These are usually added to the end of your email. In my email program, it is under "Options / Email Signature."
Perhaps the easiest way for you to refer people is to direct buyers that are looking at your auctions to your About Me page. We all generate tremendous traffic through our auctions, and this is a great way to make money off from that traffic even if those buyers don't bid on your auction.
